Position Description: We are seeking a highly-motivated, mechanically inclined Roustabout/ Floorhand with a growth mindset who enjoys a dynamic, hands on, field-based work environment. * Assembles or repairs oilfield or natural gas equipment using hand tools and power tools. * Loads and unloads pipe from truck, either by hand or by using equipment. * Assists roughnecks and other oil rig workers to ensure they have the materials and equipment they need. * Dismantles oilfield machinery. * Ensures that work areas are clean and safe. * Follows safety guidelines and regulations. * Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements : * Excellent mechanical skills. * Thorough knowledge of oilfield machinery and repair. * Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior workers. * Ability to use hand tools and power tools. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Position Details : Location : Hobbs, NM Hitch: 7/7 Pay Rate: $15 - $35/ Hour based on experience
